Turkish troops have reportedly began firing airstrikes on a a Syrian border town Ras al Ain.

It comes as the White House announced it was pulling US troops out of the region.

Sky's diplomatic editor Dominic Waghorn said: "What we're seeing is one of the greatest betrayals in military history."

An Syrian Democratic Force spokesman appealed to its allies to agree for a "no fly zone".
